Merciful God, in the
name of Jesus, please heal our land. Amen.
NOTE: On April 20, 2021, former police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of murder and manslaughter for the death of George Floyd. Derek Chauvin was accused of kneeling on George Floyd's neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds.
The three police officers written about in this blog will be tried together in August, 2021. They are charged with aiding and abetting second degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.
